When additional time is needed for the mediation and/or collaborative divorce (or separation) process with us.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule, you are welcome to do so for no charge up to 2 days ahead of your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule within less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, please contact us directly. Cancellations made less than 72-hours before your scheduled time will forfeit the deposit amount.
