Service Description

Whether you are mediating for a divorce, a parenting plan or modification of a parenting plan, child support or another family matter, mediation is always the best place to start. In mediation, the parties take the time to sit together and discuss the issue at hand, as well as possible solutions. If you are already involved in a court case, you may even be required by the Court to mediate before going to court and, in many cases, the parties are able to reach an agreement and minimize court involvement. Mediatin fees are often split between the parties, with each party paying $75 per hour.
