Divorce and legal separation are hard but sometimes they are the only option. If you find yourself looking at and considering a divorce or legal separation but you don't want to hire lawyers and engage in a fight, collaborative divorce may be perfect for you. In collaborative divorce, we work together from the beginning to the end of the process, using mediation, meetings and electronic communications to cover all of the issues that need to be addressed. We keep the court apprised of thee progress and, if not all issues can be agreed upon, those issues may be reserved for the court to decide. The Collaborative Divorce Practitioner works with both sides as a neutral third-party to assist you through the divorce process with significantly less expense. You save money, time and physical/emotional stress to make a difficult process less adversarial, more effective and efficient. PLEASE NOTE: Multiple meetings will be necessary to work through the collaborative divorce process in almost every case.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule, you are welcome to do so for no charge up to 2 days ahead of your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule within less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, please contact us directly. Cancellations made less than 72-hours before your scheduled time will forfeit the deposit amount.
